After I have set my camera bag down to take some wildlife shots, I’ve learned from experience that I need to check it carefully for “hitchhikers,” like this little spider that climbed aboard last week while I was focusing on dragonflies.

He looks serious.
Fortunately he was small. I like spiders, but still find them to be a little creepy, especially the larger hairy ones.
Yeah, the hairy/fuzzy one are a little more creepy. I generally don’t bother them, unless they’re in the shower.
I’m feeling the urge to check there’s nothing on my back. 😛
Spider are easier to see. I worry more about the even tinier critters like ticks.
Had the same thing the other day although he hitched a ride into the car and now has made his home, every time we remove him we find another.
Maybe it’s time to try a photographer’s vest.
I hope he didn’t bite
I manage to remove the spider with no harm to it or to me . 🙂
