The eyes are so colourful … almost turquoise. I’ve never seen that bright shade before. Thanks for posting. 🙂
I saw many much like this yesterday but they seemed chalky white rather than blue. You got much better shots than I did!
The chalky white ones may be Common Whitetail dragonflies. We have lots of them. The males start out brown and turn white, while the females stay brown.
