These are such beautiful birds!
What a beautiful photo.. so brilliant against the dead log..
Thanks. It’s a whole lot easier for me to spot birds from a distance when they are that brightly colored. Normally the bird sees me before I see it and flies away.
Looks like a spot of sunshine on a dreary day.
